You’re so kind, I would be honored to be part of your blog and pinterest album. I can get a bit crazy but I try to stay young at heart and fashionable at the same time. I usually post fashion ideas on Wednesday and Fridays. If you ever need the pictures sent to you via email, let me know. I look forward to following your blog.

Trina thank you very much, today I placed two pictures of you on my Pinterest. I really like your blog and your style and follow you by email. My purpose is to spread the fashion for mature and show that you can be stylish at any age. Thanks again and congratulations for your blog.

Dear Trina,
You don’t give an email address and I have a question, so I have to post it like this.
As you know I visit your blog and leave comments. Just recently I found out that my being Dutch, can cause some distress with people from other countries. The Dutch have a reputation of being very straight-forward, even blunt. It is therefore I want to ask you whether I have ever offended you with my honesty. Although well-meant, it might have come accross as mean or nasty.
I notice that nearly all comments on blogs are very positive, so I might be the only one who sometimes leaves comments like “This is not my taste” or “I like the whole outfit, would just leave out the tights.”
Please, please tell me honestly if you want me to refrain from such comments. The only reason I do this, is because I think it is appreciated. But as I said, I am Dutch. If it is not appreciated then of course I will not leave a comment if an outfit is not to my taste. Which will happen as it is impossible to please everyone all the time. We human beings are too different to achieve that.

Well, you brought up a good fact, and I do need to figure out how to add my email, but for now it’s [email protected] and feel free to contact me anytime. You have never, ever caused any distress with your comments and have never offended me in anyway. I have very much enjoyed getting to know you and your personality over the last few months and hope to continue this friendship. You are so right in your thinking, we can not please everyone all the time. I think if you take the time to comment, you are being a thoughtful friend.
By the way, I really want to see the purple and red, love those two colors together!

I am relieved. But have to tell you… I had you marked down for this reply. I am glad I “read” you right. As for purple and red.. Just go to my blog and type in the search box: colourful livingroom.

Thanks, Ofelia

Hi Trina, I wanted to leave a comment about your Spring Tea post but couldn’t find where to do that. It’s a great concept and one I might like to copy. I enjoy having teas and this is the perfect “excuse” to have one. Yours was beautifully done!

Thank you Heather, feel free to copy any and all of the ideas (but just make sure you post your fun pictures). I hope to post some other helpful tips tomorrow as well. As for commenting, I know my blogs a little different but on the right had side of the title of the blog post there is the little square box, just click on that and it brings you to the comment page.

Hi Tina, I have just discovered your delightful blog and am reading through the archives. You seem to have such an upbeat and positive outlook. Have you always been this way? I tend to be a more negative person and often feel the weight of the world on my shoulders (especially after watching the evening news!).
Regards,
Rebecca

So thrilled to have you drop on over. My answer to you would best be said this way, I believe we each have been blessed with certain gifts in life, one of mine is seeing life in a positive way. I have always been a happy person or one that chooses to see the best that life has to offer. I sure hope to hear from you often and follow along with you as well. I have found it to be a lot of fun gaining new friends through this blogging world.

Dear Trina, I just wanted to let you know that I posted The Travelling Yellow Skirt http://bagandaberet.blogspot.it/p/travelling-yellow-skirt-freak-show.html to you this morning.
I can track it’s progress while it’s still in Italy – that’s probably the most dodgy leg of it’s journey anyway!! – and after that I’ll just keep my fingers crossed that it reaches you.
It’s been travelling quite a while now and I wanted to clean it before I sent it on (as I’m sure all the lovely bloggers before me would have too), but it’s so covered in artworks of various kinds that it felt too much of a responsibility
It’s been lovely to “meet” you here Trina and I’m sure you’ll have fun with her once The Yellow Diva arrives.
Love Sallyxx
