Hi! I’m Trina. Welcome to the place to share beautiful, creative ideas. I’m a wife to a wonderful (perfect in my eyes) husband. I mean, this man not only supports me with all my creative outlets but he also encourages them. I’m a mother to my best friend and daughter Tori Locke, and son Riley who is also a best friend but just in a boy kind of way. I’m a sister to two great siblings, and a daughter to two wonderful parents. And last but not least a most fortunate friend to some incredible people who enrich my life on a daily basis.
I have a profound love for beauty, I just simply love beautiful things. I love the beauty of nature, I love the beauty of a decorated home, the beauty of a lovely meal, the beauty of handmade gifts and invitations, and I can’t leave this out, I love the beauty of a well put together outfit. Over the years I have come to realize that beautiful things are a gift of creations. The beauty of nature is God’s creative gift to all of us to enjoy. The beauty of a well decorated home is the creation of the home owner and putting together a beautiful outfit is one of the most fun creative outlets a woman can have. I spend a great deal of my time creating and enjoying beautiful things. This blog is a place for me to share some of my creative outlets with you and hopefully get inspiration from you as well. This has become my personal motto “Some people like a beautiful place, others make a place beautiful”.
You not have a beautiful home and wear what your Dad sometimes refers to as “interesting outfits and hats”, but you also are beautiful within and that is what is truly important in life. I am so proud of you my darling daughter, you are such a product of your grandmother Carr, who was born way to soon for her time, SHE WOULD HAVE LOVED THIS.
