Two weeks in a row
I was once again walking through the grocery store (I’m a huge trader joe’s fan) when I spotted some bright yellow sunflowers and right next to them were some fresh white freesia’s and gorgeous purple delphiniums. I know it’s October and I had all intentions of purchasing some mini pumpkins and possibly mums but I couldn’t resist the feeling these bright flowers brought me and I also knew today would be one of the last warm days here in a long time.
Once I got home I immediately arranged them in my favorite pitcher
Then I decided to share their beauty and turn them into one last outdoor tablescape. I quickly set my outdoor table . . .
Called a few friends over and threw together a salad (hubby calls this girl food, which is absolutely correct).
I promise, starting tomorrow it will be all things fall and pumpkins and halloween but for now I hope these bright gorgeous flowers brightened your day as much as they did mine.
As always my friends, thanks for dropping by, have a wonderful day.
