The perfect summer date-night attire . . . is there really such a thing? Actually when it comes to summer and date nights I personally think almost any attire is fine. It really boils down to what your individual plans and style are.
Most of the time our date nights are not planned out, we just jump in the car and start driving (yes, it works for us). We live in an area where there’s an abundance of fun and tasty places to eat, especially when you want that patio seating atmosphere.
But back to the perfect summer date-night attire, for me it consists of easy-breezy bohemian style. I had to chuckle when hubby looked at me and said, “Oh, it’s a bohemian style night”. Bohemian, to me, makes the statement that you took the time to get ready yet you not over dressed. It’s an artful way of expressing yourself and best of all it says, I’m ready to have some fun.
This simple outfit is actually an oversized tunic worn over a white tee and some white shorts. I paired it with my Jeffrey Campbell booties to add some height so the tunic doesn’t overpower my petite frame.
And since the temperatures are reaching close to 100 today the hair is coming up and accessorized with a fun scarf.
Gotta love summer date-nights, right?
As always my friends thanks for dropping by, hope you all have a wonderful Friday (date night or not).

This is a beautiful outfit. I love those booties. I’m going through a boho tan and teal phase right now.
