Have you ever had weeks or days when you just felt the “sun” would never appear?
Ok, I think we’ve all had those days or weeks. And then little pieces of heaven or sunlight begin to appear bit by bit, usually in the form of earthly angels. Angels ready and willing to bear some of your burdens, mourn with you, help lift you up . . .
And then you remember that the SON, our Savior, is always there Every. Single. Day. morning and night. I had the privilege this week of observing as many earthly angels became a ray of sunshine to a young mother, wife and amazing lady who’s husband suddenly and unexpectedly was taken from from his earthly life. I was also humbled and in awe at the incredible strength this woman demonstrated throughout this trying time. She quietly reminded so many how powerful and strong we can be when we allow the Son, our Savior to walk with us.
So on this day when the “Sun” finally appeared I want to thank all those women who showed strength, and were a bit of “sun” to some one in need.
A little sunshine and love can go a loooong way!
