When are you too old to dress like your daughter?
Well apparently in my book the answer is never. I’ve mentioned how my daughter and I think way too much alike, especially when it comes to decorating and shopping for clothes. Last month we both spotted this fun quirky sweat shirt (at anthropologie) which instantly brought us to a giggle fest. I assured Tori she must have this item because she was most defiantly the cutest (smart mouth) I knew, only to have her come back with “but I learned this trait from the best” pointing to me. So what’s a mother and daughter supposed to do but both walk out with thier own smart mouth sweatshirt.
And wouldn’t you know, when Tori arrived to pick me up for lunch today . . .
you guessed it, we both had decided to advertize our smart mouth personalities.
As you can see, although we have the exact same item, our styles are both unique to our age and personalities.
Tori has styled hers with madewell jeans, wine colored booties, and an oversize cardigan (katie waltman boutique)
I styled mine over an oversized black and white button down (banana republic), madewell jeans, and zebra print loafers (Ann Klein)
As always my friends, thanks for dropping by. Have a most wonderful day.

I think you could easily wear each other’s outfit too. No age limit on this one. At all.
Both looking so cute.
