I know we all find inspiration from our beautiful surroundings and the natural colors of autumn are hands down my favorite.
Therefore, I decided to quite literally wrap myself in them. I spotted this plum dress that spoke fall color at its best, plus it was one I knew could easily be dressed up or down. And then as I was browsing around some more it brought me right smack in front of this poncho (seriously I think they were speaking to one another). As much as I wanted to walk away they just couldn’t seem to be apart so they both came home with me.
And that’s how I found myself all wrapped up into autumn.
Although I must add, this little dress is the most comfy item to throw on and it has pockets!!! I love things with pockets (can’t really tell you why, just do). And see how versatile it is . . .
I simply replaced the scarf and necklace with a wide suede chocker wrap and leopard heels instead of tights and booties.
Next trip out it’s taking the over-the-knee booties and military jacket.

I love Fall colors the best too. It was interesting as Taos had more colorful trees than Charlotte right now. That poncho is Wonderful!! Love the berry tones and fall shades with your pretty fall dress. It certainly looks lovely with your leopard heels. Those boots are special too! Just gorgeous
