Let’s be honest, most of us who have a passion for style own a few (dozen or more) necklaces. But, have any of you found this new trend of neckerchiefs quite enjoyable?
I, for one, love how easily they finish off an outfit.
Second, I love how light weight they are. Sometimes after an hour or so of wearing a fun statement necklace I find my neck getting tired and a headache coming on (not a fun thing). Therefore, this little accessory is the perfect choice for an all day add on.
Third, if you decide your neck is hot or you want to add a necklace instead, simply tie it onto your purse strap for another added accessory.
The gorgeous autumn background . . . I would take this all year long.
How about you . . . are you enjoying this (not new at all) trend this season?
And I say not new because the fourth reason I love it is that it takes me right back to my teenage years of wearing a bandana around my neck.

By the way, Adrienne and Jill’s HIWM theme for this month is all about neckerchiefs so if you want some other fun ideas and inspirations head on over to their blogs.
I like to wear both together ! I’ve discovered that my looking glass necklaces look even better with a neck-kerchief or laying on a long scarf. I have a new style called “Horse-Power” that would look great with the outfit you’re wearing. Or you can now build your own at my new website : http://www.artbywendra.com/buy-or-build.html
I’ve been loving this neck scarf trend too!!
I think maybe because it’s a little different than the necklaces and longer scarves!! Besides, I’ve been stealing my husband’s pocket squares, so my collection has grown without spending any money!!
Love the boots too—they are so unique!

I have never heard of such a thing. Haven’t seen them either. So you bring news to me. I don’t know yet. I see the advantages but it reminds me a lot of the little scarves we used to wear in the seventies. And I don’t know whether I am ready for a rerun. Having said that, you look good with it. Perhaps I should give it a try..

I’ve always worn small scarves. I think they are unexpected.
One of my favourite tricks when hiking while it is hot is to wear a wet scarf to cool me down.
What amazing scenery you have!
