Do you ever sit down on a Sunday evening and think where on earth did the weekend go?
If you do, believe me, you’re not alone . . . I’m with you. But hopefully when you take the time to sit down for a minute and think over your weekend you realize it was well spent.
As for myself . . .
I began my weekend with a fun lunch date with girlfriends and finished it off with an alfresco dinner date with hubby (by the way local people, the patio seating at Little America is well worth it).
Love how this little end of summer attire fit perfectly for an all day trip.
Saturday we found ourselves spending family time celebrating Jackson’s (my grand nephew’s 1st birthday). It was a bear theme with lots of wet and wild games for the kids so I baked a fun cake to take along and for our gift wrapped a bunch of bear themed books together.
And today was spent at church, enjoying a homecooked meal prepared by my son (love that he enjoys this fun hobby), and then relaxing a bit with the family.
Nothing too spectacular but it was time well spent.
As always my friends thanks for dropping by. Hope you had a wonderful weekend.
Linking up with Patti for visible Monday.

I’m very impressed that your son likes to cook! That is a rare trait in men.
