I’m still being influenced by the color of nature.
A few weeks ago I woke up with my daily agenda of dusting, vacuuming and grocery shopping.
But when I looked out my window at the near by mountains full of fall colors . . .
I quickly changed my mind . . .
I simply grabbed my hiking shoes and drove myself up there and spent the day
Breathing . . .
Listening . . .
And
Enjoying Nature.
It was clearly a good choice.
After looking over some pictures from that day, my choice of attire has been greatly influenced by the color of nature.
(outfit: dress-Ann Taylor, white button down shirt-Madewell, cardigan-Jcrew, scarf-boutique from England,)
Linking up with Patti for Visible Monday, wonder if anyone else has been influenced by the colors of nature.

Thank you Tiina, I can’t seem to take in enough of these colors this fall.

Gorgeous nature pictures, and gorgeous you! I love your hair with a wave in it. Thanks for sharing with Visible Monday, xo.

Thank you, as always for the fun Visible Monday get together. Sure wish that wave was as natural as yours.

Hello Trina! Thanks for sharing such a beautiful post. It was like reading a beautiful poem but with bonus of looking at pictures. I am so happy for you that you get to connect and enjoy nature often. It is such a blessing. That is actually one of my dreams for one day. I would like to move to place where I can see beautiful mountains from my window and enjoy nature whenever I want. Will see! Your outfit is so pretty and I love the way you made it look different by changing certain accessories. Love it! Take care and have a wonderful week:-) XOXO, Jeannette

Your outfit is great…love the touches of yellow. But I am so completely jealous of the setting for the shoot…just stunning autumn color!

Beautiful!! As well the dress, the blouse, the shoes and the accessories. Nature has a good influence on you. But don’t you start neglecting your household chores now LOL.
(Ann Taylor is such a nice brand.)

Haha, I so wish I could neglect those household chores, but if truth be told, I’m a little (no a lot) of OCD when it comes to cleaning. Many of my friends find this quite amusing since I also have that creative energy. Most artist are a bit carefree and don’t mind a mess. I simply can not work or create unless my craft room is totally clean and organized. I’m one crazy lady.
As for Ann Taylor, come on over and we’ll spend the entire day shopping there. Maybe New York?
nofearoffashion says
maybe New York next spring/summer?
trinagrandinetti says
I think we should for sure plan this. Spring or early summer would be great, it tends to get super hot during July and August there. I have found late September is also a wonderful time to visit.
Jill James says
Wonderful Autumn colours in your area, I have memories of visiting many years ago in early October. Your outfit reflects your Autumn colours perfectly.
trinagrandinetti says
Early October here is quite breathtaking. What part of Utah did you travel to?

Trina,
What lovely warm pictures of you and Mother Nature wearing the same autumnal hues. You looked just as spectacular as she did, in your deep greens, mustards yellow and claret. Love the jumper, shoes and scarf.
Beautiful.

Hello, Gorgeous! Looking lovely as always. You have such a feel for interpretation of the season, certainly in your home, but absolutely in your wardrobe. Here’s what’s wonderful about dressing to express … you always say something astute about your surroundings, or your loved ones, or what you are thinking … it always reflects in your dress.
Love you in your always cool sunnies, but lady … you should always include at least one of your beautiful face without them. As I say that, I know you are less likely to do it if anyone thought you vain, but your face is so expressive. That’s so much of who you are!
So there.
trinagrandinetti says
Jan, you are just the sweetest. I do have to agree and not just with myself, it is nice to actually see one another without those sunnies.
