It’s March! Yay, because that means spring is just around the corner. In fact here in my neck of the woods we’ve been getting a little dose of it here and there, you know, just enough to tease us and get us all excited for what’s to come.
When March rolls around I also know it’s just about time to put away my winter coats, furs, and heavy scarves. Which, if you’re anything like this lady, it’s a pleasure to do so. But just when I begin to clean out the closet who should appear but mother nature with another crazy wind storm and cold weather.
So for one last appearance for this year I’m bringing out a fur stole, I did say One.Last.Appearance., right? Because come rain or snow, they’re all going into hibernation after today.
I’ve tried to bring a bit of spring mixed in by pairing my fur stole with some pastel colors, pearls, and fishnets.
And it’s always fun to add some vintage accessories like my pantent leather handbag (found at an antique store in Omaha)
When do you store your winter wear? And does it help to welcome spring? Also how and to you best store all your winter coats and accessories, I would love to hear your advice.
As always my friends, thanks for dropping by. Have a wonderful day.
