And for me, there’s nothing more enjoyable than creating some old-fashion, handmade valentines.
If you follow me on instagram, then you know I’ve been traveling A LOT these past few weeks, and sadly I haven’t had much time to decorate or even think about this cute little holiday.
That is until this morning . . .
As I woke up, I thought well you still have time to
So that’s exactly what I did.
I first chose a color scheme which was soft pinks and naturals.
Then I gathered some odds and ends from my crafting supplies.
*tore some music sheets
*layered with a cut heart or the chalkboard tag
*layered on the XOXO tag (which I created from Rhonna Design) and printed off
*clued them on the bag
*cut out pink tags
*layered with a cute heart
*layered with the your so sweeet tage (also created from using Rhonna Design) and printed off
*clued on to the white heart shaped doily
*after I filled the bag with the homemade popcorn I folded the edges over and clipped the doily on.
Homemade Marshmallow Corn
(this yummy recipe comes from Margie at justagirl)
2 large batches popcorn – I use an air popper and used white corn
2 cubes butter
1 16 oz. marshmallows
1 cup brown sugar
M & M ‘s
Melt the butter, marshmallows and brown sugar and pour over popcorn. Add M&M’s at the same time you pour in the marshmallow mixtures.
Delivering Valentines is much more rewarding than receiving.
I hope you all have had a wonderful day! Hugs and kisses to you all.
